24-volt conveyors designed for quiet operation

Hytrol E24 conveyors are electronically operated units that offer a quiet solution for material handling applications. This is thanks to the 24-volt motors that drive the conveyor rollers. Norpak Handling can supply a large variety of these conveyors to meet the needs of many handling applications.

The lineup

Norpak Handling’s portfolio includes the 190-E24 VDC Live Roller Conveyor. This unit uses a series of 24 VDC motors to drive the tread rollers, eliminating the need for drive belts, chains or line shafts. The result is quiet operation, as well as ease of maintenance and installation. Model 190-E24EZ offers the same advantages; however, this unit operates as an accumulation conveyor and incorporates Hytrol’s EZLogic Accumulation System for zero pressure accumulation.

The Model 25-PVE24EZ accumulating conveyor is designed to handle loads such as pallets, drums and containers. It uses a 24 VDC motor/reducer to drive Poly-V belt-driven tread rollers, and features the EZLogic Accumulation System, which has the capability to accumulate products in zones and release them upon request. The Model 25-CRE24EZ accumulating conveyor offers the same features and advantages; however, this unit uses the 24-volt motor to drive chain-driven tread rollers.

Another option, the Model 199-PVE24EZ accumulating conveyor, is ideal for handling cartons and pallets. It uses a 24-volt motor/reducer to drive Poly-V belt-driven tread rollers and, like Model 25-PVE24EZ, features the EZLogic Accumulation System, which has the capability to accumulate products in zones and release them upon request. Model 199-CRE24EZ offers the same features, but with chain-driven tread rollers.

The E24 family also includes the RBE24EZ full-width belt conveyor. This unit utilizes Hytrol's E24 technology in addition to the EZLogic Accumulation System like the above models, but features a full-width belt over the roller zones. It is ideal for material handling applications where accumulation of small items, such as letters and poly bags, is required.
