Some of our standard items include eyebolts, rod ends, C-clamps and screws. We maintain a large stock of these products so we can ship them the same day you place your order. In addition, we provide custom forging services to make products up to maximum of 250 Lbs. Our manufacturing capabilities allow us to efficiently forge and finish products that will meet or exceed your expectations. We have been serving the industry for over 45 years.

Zinc forgings

We produce galvanized forgings using either hot dip or electro-galvanization methods.  These surface finishes offer many benefits, including long life with less maintenance. Galvanizing is also an economical solution when compared to other protective coating options for steel. Ken Forging can also offer custom finishes and heat treatments meet your needs.

Our products are typically made from materials including stainless steel 304 and 316; carbon steel C1018 through C1045; and alloy steel 4140, F11, and F22. Many other options are available for our standard forgings so you can find the ideal configuration for your application. For example, we offer fine threaded and long shank eyebolts. Several threading forms are available including ACME, UNF, UNC, and metric.

Zinc forging expertise

Our company got its start in 1970 as tool and die business operating from a small garage. We soon changed our focus, and converted from die sinking for clients to manufacturing our own major product line of fasteners and hardware. Due to our exceptional workmanship and services, we have grown to become a leading domestic manufacturer.

Zinc forging process

We perform hot die forging that enables us to work with alloys that are typically difficult to forge. We are also capable of upsetter forging. All of our forgings are proudly made in our 250,000 square foot manufacturing plant in Jefferson, Ohio.
