Product Lines

Custom making wire forms to meet your needs is our expertise. Parts can be made from material up to 6 mm in diameter. We use a variety of materials to make our parts, including stainless steel spring wire type 302 and 17-7 PH, high carbon spring wire (Music Wire), low carbon steel, brass, phosphor bronze and beryllium copper. Music wire and stainless steel 302 are used when the wire needs a spring. Brass, and sometimes beryllium copper, is used for wires that have electrical purposes. Brackets are made from low carbon.

Some materials can be plated with zinc, phosphate, oil and other finishes as required.

Wire forms can be flat or shaped. We also produce straight and cut pins. We also produce belt clips, case clips, and clothesline clips. Zinc plating enables our clothesline clips to withstand harsh elements.

Industries served

Bohne Spring Industries has made wires for applications including: smoke detectors, alarm boxes, circuit boards and electrical boxes. Our wires can be used in spring latches for automobiles and aircraft-airframe insulation clips. Our hog rings hold seating fabric to the frames of cushions.

Our equipment allows us to make large and small orders. Our computerized tracking systems ensure you receive those parts quickly. Our customer service staff would be happy to discuss how our products can serve you best and meet your needs.

Manufacturing process

We use CNC forming machines to make most wires. We use four-slide machines to make parts out of flat wire. Handjigs  are used for short-order amounts or prototypes.

We are a complete service company.
