Wire formings

We have the capability to form wire up to 3/8″ using our CNC wire forming machines, and wire straightening & cutting machines. We can create custom forms or provide a range of wire products from our inventory including bucket handles, wickets, and hooks. Our bucket handles include grips made of HD plolyethelene, and are available in square or round styles. Our wickets are available in sizes 1″ to 20″ wide, with legs from 3″ to 6″. Our wire hooks have holding capacities up to 250 lbs and range in length from 3″ to 36″.

The types of steel we use for our products include galvanized low carbon steel, high carbon steel, and stainless steel. We also work with non-ferrous metals including aluminum, beryllium, brass, copper, titanium and zinc. We use special alloys including Eligiloy, Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, Nispan, and Waspalloy.

Arcfil Products will help you from the concept stage to the final product. We can provide research and development for new products, and assist with engineering and material selection. Once you contact us with your idea, we will create a CAD design based on your specifications or paper draft. We will then provide a prototype to ensure your satisfaction before moving ahead with production. In addition to wire forming, we can provide metal stamping services and a variety of finishes such as e-coating, electroplating, dip-and-spin coating and powder coating.
