Capabilities

Arcfil Products takes pride in being at the forefront of steel wire forming technology, so we continually invest in the latest and most energy efficient equipment. This equipment includes machines that can bend wire in multiple directions to create any shape or angle. We also use automated production processes that offer high accuracy so our products always conform to even the tightest tolerances.

Our equipment includes CNC wire forming machines, wire straightening and cutting machines, multi slides machines, and more. We are capable of forming wire up to 3/8 inch in diameter.

We can provide concept development services that will help guide the process from start to finish. Starting with an idea or sketch, we can help create a paper draft and CAD design, and then produce a prototype to ensure it meets all of the customer’s requirements.

Materials and coatings

We can work with a range of quality steel and other metals. The variety available includes galvanized low carbon steel; spring or high carbon steel 1050, 1065, 1075, 1095; stainless steel 300, 400; and stainless alloys 17-7 PH, 17-4 PH. Some of the non-ferrous metals available include aluminum, brass, titanium, zinc, Inconel, Monel, and beryllium copper.

Several coatings are available to help ensure high durability and an improved finish including e-coating, powder coating, dip-and-spin, and electro plating.
