Welding Robots

One hundred years of experience and one hundred innovative ideas enhance Lincoln Electric’s design and construction of welding equipment and consumables, including welding robots. Our global reach and exceptional engineering and production teams let us provide top-quality equipment for all your welding, cutting and joining needs. We are also dedicated to environmentally friendly initiatives: our Cleveland plant is partially powered by a wind tower and recycles 70% of waste. Some of our other facilities use geothermal and solar heating, and we are reducing the amount of compressed air that we use. We are also pleased to help train and inspire the next generation of tradespeople with courses, workshops and publications.

Welding Robots Product Line

We are the only single-source automation provider in the metal fabrication industry, and our varied solutions allow customers to increase output and quality, weld repetitive parts and complex sub-assemblies, produce custom parts in small runs, and much more. We can deliver pre-engineered and custom robotic systems, CNC plasma cutting, robotic integration, and laser systems. Explore robotic welding and free your employees––your most valuable asset––to revolutionize your business.

Welding Robots Industrial Applications

NASCAR and other companies in the automotive industry use our advance process welders and steel and aluminum wires. Shipbuilders like Mission Marine Ltd. use our semiautomatic welding systems, welding process modes and aluminum wire. We work with companies in many other industries, including nuclear energy, pipeline and wind power.

Welding Robots Engineering Expertise

In addition to producing quality products, run numerous educational programs. The Lincoln Electric Welding School is a certified technical college that has trained over 100,000 welders since 1917. We also offer seminars and workshops focusing on topics such as the principles of connection design, causes and cures of distortion and welding metallurgy. These seminars allow welders to fine-tune their skills and keep up-to-date on the latest advances in the industry. The James F. Lincoln Foundation educates the public about the art and science of arc welding, promotes welding as a career, publishes educational texts and recognizes industry achievements with cash awards.
