Welding Fluxes

A variety of welding fluxes are available from Lincoln Electric. We offer an extensive selection of welding consumables including many types of flux and wire for submerged arc welding. The range of flux and wire we offer can be paired into more than 150 combinations. They can be used for both single and multiple pass welding and automatic or semi-automatic applications, and for welding a wide range of materials. In addition to flux, we offer a complete selection of other welding equipment and consumables.  Our company is the ideal source due to our expertise, high quality products, and global distribution resources.

Welding fluxes

We can supply a variety of flux for pipe seam welding applications. One example is our Linconweld 995N nitrogen limiting flux. It offers welds with minimal buildup and good penetration that are suitable for arctic grade service.

Also available are a range of high performance welding fluxes. They include the Lincolnweld MIL800-HPNI flux used for high performance steel applications such as bridge fabrication and welding HPS70W or HPS100W grade steels.

Another example is our Lincolnweld 812-SRC carbon neutral flux for offshore applications involving extended post-weld heat treatment. This flux is used for welding quench and tempered steals including AISI 4130, 8620, and others with similar chemistries. It features low H4 diffusible hydrogen levels and excellent mechanical properties after stress-relief. For more information on the variety of fluxes we offer, visit Lincoln Electric website.
