Welded steel chain

Our welded mill chain is made by welding the sidebars to barrels and pins that have been formed separately. The end of each barrel is fused to the end of an adjacent side bar. This chain also features precision fit pins and enlarged shoulders that provide a superior press fit into the sidebar. Another design feature is our oversized rivet heads that will outlast traditional designs. All of these innovations combine to provide strength, precision, and resistance to impact and wear. For additional fatigue strength, the welded steel sidebars and barrels are shot peened.
