EXAIR air knife systems use compressed air for industrial applications that include drying, removing excess oils and liquids, dust blow off, creating an air barrier and cooling. A container manufacturer used (2) Model 110006 6″ (152mm) Super Air Knives on either side of a mold to form an air barrier, causing the ejected parts to fall consistently into the receiving container below the mold. Look for more applications using the Super Air Knife online.
