From tubs to bowls, we have tumblers that can help your product achieve the perfect consistency. Our selection of batch bowls includes machines in three, seven, 14, 18 and 24 cu. ft. capacities. The 24 cu. ft. capacities come with dip tanks and blow off conveyors, while the 14 cu. ft. capacity model is made of durable steel that is welded and shot peened for greater strength. We also carry flat bottom bowls in three, four, 10, 15 and 20 cu. ft. capacities, each of which feature ergonomic handling for greater comfort. Flow through models come in six and 10 cu. ft. capacities, each of which produce consistent parts for maximum conformity in mass produced orders.
With five models to choose from, our tubs are ideal for finishing parts that are too long or narrow for vibratory tumblers. Whether you’re looking for a tub with a capacity of five cu. ft. capacity or one with room for 38 cu. ft., our tubs allow you to tumble without using excessive media. We’ve also partnered with Spaleck to create the DL-1000, a finishing system that allows for continuous feed for greater efficiency.
