Vertical lift conveyors

The types of vertical conveyors we offer include both continuous and reciprocating. Continuous vertical conveyors use a number of platforms to convey products between different levels, while reciprocating verticals use a single platform. This means that continuous verticals are able to achieve higher product handling rates, because the reciprocals require the product to be discharged before another can be loaded. The benefit of reciprocal models is they offer more flexibility for loading and unloading; they can accommodate multiple points for infeed and discharge, and right or left hand loading are possible.

In addition to conveyors, we can provide the SMARTdepot multi-bay vertical lift module. It features a dual-bay design that offers twice the storage capacity when compared with conventional single bay units.  We also offer vertical storage carousels that offer the largest shelf capacity available, with carriers up to 19′ wide.
