High-quality chloroprene belts

We offer belts that can change speed on a pulley while still maintaining precise control. We can manufacture belts with customisable top widths, sheave angles and pitch lengths. Each of these belts are made of chloroprene, which helps the belts last longer in the face of wearing substances such as oil and heat. The cords are made from high modulus, while the sidewalls feature raw edges. The former allows the belt to expand and contract according to its needs. It also maintains the belt’s proper length in its resting state. The sidewalls also allow the belt to run silently, keeping the belt in line with its pulleys’ flanges. Weights range from 0.28 lbs. to over 17 lbs. Belts come in both American and European sizes.
