Gate Valves Product Line

Because of a planar sealing surface between the gate and seats, gate valves are frequently used in applications that require a straight-line flow of fluid and minimum restriction. They function by lifting a round or rectangular “gate” out of the path of fluid.

Our VZKA model is a knife gate valve designed for process automation. Featuring ring housing for central lugs and a pneumatic drive, this valve is manufactured from cast iron and stainless steel, while seals are molded from nitrile rubber and ethylene propylene rubber. It also offers increased corrosion protection. The shut-off element on the knife side is single-side-sealing, while on the flat side, it is double-side-sealing. This valve functions well in temperatures between -20ºC and 80ºC.
