Not only do we manufacture mounting kits in-house; we also complete assemblies and conduct operational testing in our Mississauga, Ont. plant.

Our capabilities are wide-ranging and include valve automation for ON/OFF or control service, pneumatic and electric actuators, valve repair and rebuilding services, and custom mounting kits for customer-supplied valves or actuators. We can also conduct actuation of valves, dampers, and louvers, as well as Fieldbus, Intellis, AS-I, HART, Profibus, DeviceNet, and other network protocols; we also supply solutions for manual gears, chain wheels, levers, and manual overrides, plus fabricated stem extensions for submerged, below-grade, or insulated valves.

• High-Performance Butterfly Valves. Sixteen-inch ABZ lug body valves with flange spools added on each side to meet gate-valve face-to-face requirements. Designed to replace gate valves in landfill gas applications.
• PBV Trunnion Valves. Two-inch, 1,500# Class forum mounted ball valves with Sharpe spring return pneumatic actuators and Westlock explosion-proof limit switches.
• V-Port Control Ball Valves. For flow control on chilled water systems, providing chilled water for a district heating company. Bernard controls modulating electric actuators.
• Knife Gate Valves. Orbinox units with Westlock quantum valve position monitors and integrated solenoid valves.
