The benefits of the upset forging process include greater part strength and more economical production. In upset forging, the material grain flow gets orientated according to the product’s shape, resulting in improved strength when compared to other production methods. This forging process also offers lower scrap costs and fewer required operations, so production is fast and efficient.

Visit our website for information on our comprehensive offering of forged hardware. In addition to forging, we can perform operations to tailor our products to meet your unique needs. The options include a variety of threading forms, surface finishes, construction materials, and part design.   Available threading includes UNC, UNF, metric, and ACME types. Some of the materials we work with include carbon, stainless, and alloy steel.

Upset forging expertise

Since the founding of our company back in 1970, we have provided top quality forgings to a wide variety of customers. That experience has provided us with the technical knowledge and manufacturing capabilities to understand your requirements and easily accommodate them. When our company began serving the industry, it consisted of one man working from a small garage. Today we are a leading domestic manufacturer with over 130 employees.
