UHMW Polyethylene Rods Product Line
UHMW polyethylene features ultra high molecular weight of 4.0 million or greater, good abrasion, chemical and corrosion resistance, good impact strength, and a very low coefficient of friction. Unlubricated surfaces in contact with UHMW polyethylene receive less frictional wear than if they were in contact with any other plastic. This lightweight material also provides noise abatement, and functions well in temperatures ranging from -250ºC to 82ºC. We supply UHMW rods in black and natural colours, and in a variety of diameters.

Furthermore we offer tolerance cutting, machining and fabricating services. We also have more than 35 years of experience distributing hot air welding tools for all thermoplastics, including hot air blowers, automatic welding machines, extrusion welders, and a range of accessories. All our facilities stock these tools that are suitable for many applications.
