In 2017, SAMES KREMLIN began a unique collaboration with Tricoflex, a major manufacturer of hoses based in the Champagne region of France. As a result, we now offer innovative product combinations that improve productivity and efficiency for manufacturers in the North American market.

Since the 1950s, Tricoflex has been broadening its product line with improved technical and multilayered hoses. Today, it produces more than 1,000 different kinds of braided, non-reinforced, knitted, and spiral hoses; it also produced the first Super Tricoflex PVC foam hose in the 1990s. When blended with our process equipment, Tricoflex hoses contribute to amazing solutions that assist production while reducing expenses.

Two types of hose reels

At SAMES KREMLIN, we now distribute all Tricoflex products in the North American market with the partnership of our Valued Partner Distributors. This includes not only hoses, but also a range of assemblies, fittings, sprayers, and washing guns.

We also offer two distinct variations of Tricoflex hose reels designed specifically for this company’s hoses. Each of these hose reels offers an effective compressed-air supply for difficult work conditions and dangerous environments. These hose reels are as follows:

• Tricoflex Autoreel. A multipurpose reel built for air, herbicides, pesticides, and water with a temperature no higher than 40 degrees Celsius. Recommended for applications involving compressed air, pneumatic tools, and agricultural spraying in the agrochemical industry (including insecticides, pesticides, and weed killers).
• Tricoflex Minireel. Designed only for compressed-air use, but with Super Nobelair Soft and with a housing and wall bracket built out of highly resistant propylene. Recommended for applications involving small compressors and pneumatic tools such as blow guns, sanders, and nail guns.

These two hose reels offer three significant advantages over using Tricoflex hoses on their own: they have more flexibility; they ensure less downtime; and there are no tripping hazards, as the hose is contained within the reel.
