Transfer conveyors

In addition to turnkey systems, we offer a variety of individual components ranging from blowers and exhausters to rotary airlocks and diverter valves. We can supply transfer pods and machines for container unloading, chemical transfer, plastic pellets transfer, bag dump container loading, and more.

Our transfer pod units convey materials using a cycling method. They utilize a blower and induction nozzle for the vacuum cycle (with a conveying distance of 15 ft.), and pressure for the discharge cycle (conveying distance up to 200 ft.).  Some of their features and specifications include:

• They are available with steel, stainless steel, or aluminum construction.
• Inspection, maintenance and cleaning are easily accomplished through a quick opening top hatch.
• The simple rubber hinged valves are the only moving parts that come into contact with the material.
• They operate on a supply voltage of 12VDC or 115VAC.
• They can be mounted on or a stationary skid or on wheels for convenient portability.
