Transducers

Liquid level transducers are available for tank or fully submersible level measurement applications. They include models designed specifically to for submersion in hostile fluids. They feature rugged housings and durable cable with self-sealing capability in case the cable is accidentally cut. Some models also feature vent filters that can keep out moisture for a full year without maintenance.

We offer a range of torque transducers including reaction/non-rotating, rotating/non-contacting, and rotating/slip-ring types. Reaction torque transducers can measure torque loads in applications where the sensor does not have to rotate. They are often used for motor or pump torque, valves, gear reducers, actuators, and steering gears. Non-contacting transducers offer long term performance and reliability thanks to unique torque flange designs. Slip-ring type transducers offer a lower cost solution for torque measurement.

Strain transducers are available. These instruments can be attached directly to plane surfaces using a friction joint and four bolts. This design allows the strain of the test object to transfer directly to the transducer, which is perfect for applications where standard force transducers cannot be used due to lack of space or installation conditions.We also supply load measuring pins. This type of strain gauge based transducers can measure load, overload, or tension conditions.
