Torque monitoring equipment

A full line of DC electric fastening systems are available that provide torque control with exceptional accuracy and traceability. These systems feature true closed-loop transducerized control. They are also built to last with non-contacting switches, DC brushless motors, heavy duty gear trains, and superior cables. A complete selection of handheld and fixture tools are available with inline, angle, pistol, and offset configurations. These tools have torque ranges from 0.3 – 2500 Nm.

One example of the torque monitoring equipment available is the Ingersoll Rand QX series cordless precision screwdriver. This tranducerized screwdriver provides total control and is user programmable for up to eight different configurations. Combined with Ingersoll Rand’s process communication module, the QX series offers an assembly system that provides plant-wide communications for real-time monitoring, process control, and data management.
