Our tools offer exceptional life spans because we utilize the most advanced alloys in their construction. We use materials that offer high resistance to wear, and we heat treat our products for added strength. Available equipment includes both horizontal and vertical honing machines that feature rayon-media coolant filters, adjustable work holding fixtures for full contact clamping, and infinitely variable spindle speeds.  Our company is known for our dedication to total customer satisfaction.

Machine tool honing

Our self-contained honing machines can bore diameters ranging up to 36", and have the capability to make strokes of up to 44′. They are available with consoles that display information such as cycle time and horsepower loads. The consoles also allow control of motion direction (clockwise or counterclockwise) and the feed pressure on the tool.

We offer tools that use quick connect involute spline drives to drive the tool head. This drive style is ideal for applications with high torque and heavy removal because it offers superior wear resistance. They also make it fast and easy to switch tools. We can also supply standard two key drives. Custom tool heads are available when required, and we can adapt our tools for use on virtually any machine.
