Time Clocks

Kronos Canadian Systems Inc. provides time clocks that are suited to today’s modern workforce. For instance, the Kronos InTouch is a time clock that does much more than capture time transactions. It can enhance security, provide important information, and enable a range of management functions. The device can deliver a video message and conduct surveys, or enable employees to easily view their schedules and request time off.  Kronos Canadian Systems Inc. specializes in providing innovative ways to manage your workforce. We have almost 40 years’ experience working with many diverse organizations including more than half the Fortune 1000®.

Time clocks

The Kronos InTouch features a  7” LCD touchscreen with a simple, straightforward user interface. This simplicity enables rapid adoption and increased productivity. Instead of traditional time clock cards, the Kronos InTouch supports all major formats of badges, so employees can clock in with a quick swipe of their existing ID cards. Optional biometric sensors allow employees to verify their identity through fingerprint scanning, which eliminates fraudulent clocking.

The Kronos InTouch is WiFi and cloud ready, and capable of being monitored and controlled remotely. Using the built-in microphone, employees can talk to your support staff at the touch of a button. Other features include an open app platform, slim profile, easily interpreted LED indicator, multiple language support, and optional battery pack for protection against power outages.

We offer a variety of data collection terminals that use bar code readers, magnetic readers, proximity sensors, or can interface with your existing smart card readers. We can also provide a wide range of software and cloud-based platforms for collecting and managing time and attendance data.
