Threaded bushings
We can provide threaded bushings in a wide range of sizes and materials, because custom work is our specialty. We can produce bushings in materials such as various grades of steel, brass, bronze, copper, and nylon. We can add knurling to bushings, to make them easy to grip for installing or removing by hand. Our range of state-of-the-art machining equipment means we can precisely and promptly complete your custom parts.
The capabilities of our CNC lathes range up to 10” slugs and 3” round material. We utilize several Swiss CNC machines that allow us to manufacture complex parts of extended lengths. We have twin-spindle, multi-axis CNC lathes that reduce cycle times and can make expensive secondary operations unnecessary.
