Temperature controls

One example of the temperature controllers available is the CT198 miniature sensorless controller from Minco. This DC controller is unique because it does not need a separate temperature sensor for input. Instead, this controller takes temperature readings from a special heater that has a high temperature coefficient. As a result, it can provide accurate and efficient control at the price of a thermostat.

Another type of controller available is the Minco CT124 8-channel temperature monitor. This unit provides flexible control and protection for temperature sensitive processes or equipment. It has a built-in audible alarm and can scan up to eight RTDs. This controller is often use to warn of possible machine failure by monitoring temperatures for bearings, stators, oil outlets, and transformer coils.

From Love Controls, we can supply temperature controllers ranging from 1/32 DIN to 1/4 DIN. They include the 2600 series  temperature/process controllers. These controllers feature Fuzzy Logic, Self Tune, fully adjustable PID, percent output indication, peak and valley indication, loop break protection and indication, Auto/Manual control with bump less transfer and front panel activation key.
