This all-in-one system used Gamajet’s impingement technology that is designed to blast residue from tank interiors. The ToteBlast sprays in a precise, global indexing pattern and will efficiently clean the entire tote interior while using as little resources as possible including time, energy, water, and chemicals.  

A variety of spray nozzles are also available. For instance, the BETE LEM spray nozzle creates an omni-directional spray and performs well at low to moderate pressures ( 10 to 30 psi). It is ideal for tanks with widths that exceed their height. Another option is the BETE HydroWhirl Orbitor Spray nozzle. This versatile tank cleaning nozzle is perfect for applications where high impact cleaning is required. It is designed for working pressures from 45 to 145 psi.

Our tank cleaning solutions have been used to save time and money in a variety of industries. One example is Arrowstar chemicals, which uses totes to ship its products and then recycles the totes for re-use. In this application, it was essential to ensure the re-used totes were 100 per cent clean to avoid cross contamination.

By acquiring a Gamajet tank-cleaning machine, Arrowstar was able to avoid sending the tanks out for costly refurbishing. The tank-cleaning machine made in-house cleaning up to 50 per cent quicker, at between 4-8 minutes. The machine also ensured that the totes were completely cleaned every time. The savings were so significant that the company was able to acquire a second machine that paid for itself within a week.
