Swivel Hoist Rings
Ken Forging Inc. can offer a variety of swivel hoist rings including metric, longbar, and standard U-Bar types. Our safety swivel hoist rings are made with AISI 4140 steel alloy and have a black oxide finish. We thoroughly check to ensure our hoist rings are always free of defects. All of the bolts undergo 100 percent magnetic particle inspection, and all other load bearing parts are inspected to ASTM E709-08 & MIL-STD-105 standards with zero permissible defects. We perform 200 per cent proof-load testing on all of our hoist rings. For special applications, custom forgings are available.

Swivel hoist ring expertise
Since 1970, when our business began in a 20′ x 20′ garage, we have been dedicated to providing top quality products and customer service. Ken Forging quickly grew, and we have continually expanded our capabilities and product selection to provide one of the broadest selections of forged hardware available. We can also provide bolt replacement kits for swivel hoist rings upon request.
Swivel hoist ring manufacturing
We currently employ more than 130 people and forge our products in our facility that spans 250,000 square feet. We are capable of working with a variety of materials including stainless steel (304 and 316 series) carbon steel (grades C1018 through C1045), and alloy steel (F11, F22, and 4140).
