Surface treatment

Cleaners:

We have a variety of cleaners including alkaline, acid, and water-based cleaners. They can be applied by spray, immersion, stripline units, saturated wipes, and more. Some of our cleaners include corrosion inhibitors to provide protection as well as cleaning of both organic and inorganic soils. They can remove soils ranging from dirt and grease to rust and weld scale.

Conditioners

These products are used before the conversion coating stage to aid in the development of phosphate crystals. They are available in varieties such as manganese phosphate and zinc phosphate.

Conversion coatings

We offer a selection of conversion coatings including iron, zinc, and manganese phosphates. We also offer an environmentally friendly non-phosphate coating that uses nano technology and offers lower costs for energy, maintenance and waste treatment.

Post treatments

We can provide post treatments that enhance the effectiveness of the conversion coating. They are available in light metal and multi-metal varieties.

Specialty products

We can also provide a selection of specialty products to enhance your surface treatments. We have paint strippers for cleaning a variety of metal substrates. Our anti-weld spatter is applied before welding to provide a coating that reduces adherents of weld spatter. We also offer paint stripper additives, acid inhibitors and plastic rinse aids.
