Product Lines

At Bohne Spring, we make various precision, mechanical stainless steel springs. Our stainless steel springs are made from Type 302 and 17-7 PH. We manufacture compression, extension and torsion springs. Compression and extension springs can be made from material up to 5.25 millimeters in diameter. Compression springs can be made in a variety of different styles including conical springs, springs with reduced ends or springs with ground ends.  Extension springs can be designed with a variety of ends with machine hooks, crossover and extended hooks. Torsion springs can be made from material up to 5 millimeters in diameter. Torsion springs are made with different leg configurations and bends to meet specific applications.

Some stainless steel springs are passivated after coiling depending on the application. This cleans the springs prior to assembly.
