Stainless Steel Forgings

Stainless steel forgings of many types are available from Ken Forging Inc., an experienced manufacturer of drop forged industrial hardware. We are committed to ensuring all our products are of the highest quality. The types of components we typically forge include eyebolts, eye nuts, rod ends, pad eyes, clamps, safety hoist rings, turnbuckles and fittings. Many of these items can be shipped on the same day you place your order. If none of our standard items are exactly what you are looking for, we can custom forge parts up to 250 lbs. Our forgings are all proudly made in the USA and are guaranteed to meet or exceed your expectations.

Stainless steel forgings

We have the forging and fastener industries’ widest selection of hardware and many options are for material, dimensions, threading, finish, and more. We can forge our products using 304 and 316 stainless steels. Available threadings include UNF and UNC as well as ACME and metric. There are many finishes to choose from such as hot dipped, plain (self coloured), or electro galvanized and polished.

In addition to stainless steel, we regularly work with materials including alloy steels 4140, F11, and F22. We also use carbon steel grades ranging from C1018 to 1045.

Stainless steel forging expertise

High quality hardware and fasteners from Ken Forging Inc. have been in use by the industry for 45 years.  Our business began when Richard A. Kovach opened up shop in a small garage in Cleveland, Ohio. Since then, the company expanded in size, capabilities, and product offering. Just some of our additional product lines include D-rings, C-clamps and screws, clevises, adjustable yokes, closed swage sockets, and open swage sockets.
