Stainless steel forgings

We have the forging and fastener industries’ widest selection of hardware and many options are for material, dimensions, threading, finish, and more. We can forge our products using 304 and 316 stainless steels. Available threadings include UNF and UNC as well as ACME and metric. There are many finishes to choose from such as hot dipped, plain (self coloured), or electro galvanized and polished.

In addition to stainless steel, we regularly work with materials including alloy steels 4140, F11, and F22. We also use carbon steel grades ranging from C1018 to 1045.

Kovach opened up shop in a small garage in Cleveland, Ohio. Since then, the company expanded in size, capabilities, and product offering. We have more than 130 dedicated employees working in our advanced 25,000 sq. ft. plant in Jefferson, Ohio. Our facility is equipped to perform a range of in-house operations, so we can create the forgings you need from start to finish.
