Stainless steel fasteners

We often work with 304 and 316 series stainless steels. Our fasteners are available with a range of finishes for improving resistance to corrosion. They include hot dip, electro galvanized and electro polished. We can also offer special heat treatments and custom finishes to meet your specialized requirements. In addition to stainless steel, we work with a variety of carbon steel and alloy steel grades.

Stainless steel fastener manufacturing process

We are able to offer custom forgings up to a maximum weight of 250 Lbs. Besides our many options for materials, finishes, and sizes, we can also offer several types of threading including metric, UNC, UNF, and ACME. For quality assurance, we can perform magnetic particle testing, and we offer 100 per cent traceability and lot control.
