An industry leader since 1943, Bohne Spring Industries designs and manufactures compression springs, precision springs, wire, strip forms, and metal stampings. Springs Products

We manufacture compression springs, including conical and magazine springs. The springs are primarily made of stainless steel, although some extension springs are made of copper cadmium and brass, and some models of all springs have zinc or phosphate plating. Our springs are available in various sizes, up to 5 mm or 0.196" diameter wire for torsion springs, and up to 5.25 mm or 0.207" diameter wire for compression and extension springs.

Our team members are all trained to work to this standard, and our computerized measuring equipment ensures that we always make top-quality springs, forms and stampings. We also have design engineering services and AutoCAD capability. We have recently acquired austempering lines, which can harden and temper spring steel in the range of HRC 42-47. If you have a specific product in mind, our fully equipped special order department works with customers to develop specialty items and prototypes.
