Spill detectors

Our spill detectors use capacitance technology to detect spills. They utilize remote alarm units that enable mounting safely away from the monitoring area.

2852-LPS Area Leak Alarm

This sensor is used to monitor liquid leaks and spills for floor spaces or containments. It uses up to three sensor pads per control unit that can be placed on the floor in key areas. They are compact and can fit into tight spaces. The sensing pads have an operating temperature range of -60C to 55C.

2852-HCF Floating oil spill alarm

These spill monitors/alarms use floating sensors and remote electronics. They are typically used in sumps or containments to detect petroleum, synthetic and vegetable oils. The float sensor has an operating temperature from -20C to 55C. It detects and alarms at a minimum of 2mm surface oil, and can be desensitized to 25mm.
