The ProSort 131 High Speed Sortation Conveyor is designed for sorting small items at high speeds. They are capable of handling fragile products and items that are too small for conventional shoe sorters. It uses divert shoes that automatically push items to a take-away line, and is typically used to handle throughput rates over 6000 articles per hour.

Our lower throughput sorters such as the ProSort SC1 & SC2 Horizontal Belt Sortation Conveyors can accommodate rates up to 6000 articles per hour. They can use skatewheel-type or powered-type take-away spurs, and a belt concept that ensures reliable tracking of packages.

We also offer a wide range of devices to assist in manual sortation. Manual methods can be an appropriate solution for operations that involve low volume and high destination. Otherwise, our automated systems are often less expensive than labour costs.
