Bohne Spring Industries Ltd. has been providing quality, custom-made stampings (four-slide parts) for more than 75 years. We produce a variety of materials into small clips, contacts, fasteners, etc. and we can provide parts with tapped holes. Our high-speed production equipment allows us to make products that meet your needs at competitive prices. We can produce parts in large quantities, as well as amounts for research and development and prototypes. We are an ISO 9001:2008 / TS 16949:2009 certified company through SGS Canada Inc.

Product Lines

We produce four-slide parts in a variety of different materials.  We make parts from copper, beryllium copper, low carbon, brass, annealed spring steel, cold-rolled steel and stainless steel 301. Some parts can have zinc plating or different coatings, including brass, tin, nickel and phosphate.

Our four-slide parts are made with material that is up to 1.6 millimeters in thickness and 63 millimeters wide.

Our zinc-plated clothesline clips work well outdoors. We also make case clips, used to attach a glasses case to a belt or visor. These secure your glasses while keeping your hands free. Our belt clips can attach items like tape measures and cellphones to belts. These stainless steel clips can withstand harsh elements.

Manufacturing process

We can offer custom design engineering services and we design and build all of our tooling in house. Our austempering capabilities harden and temper spring steel typically in the range of HRC 42 to 47. We are a complete service company.
