Our machine shop is outfitted with an array of high-precision machining equipment including single-spindle, multiple spindle, rotary transfer, and CNC machines. This equipment gives L & M Precision Products Inc. the ability to produce high quality machine products for a wide range of applications. From automotive and aerospace to healthcare and military, we have experience producing devices and components for many diverse markets. We also have the flexibility to handle any size of project, from low to high volume, at any level of complexity. Our facilities include ample storage space so we can easily handle customers’ inventory management needs.

Single spindle automatic lathes

Our primary production facility spans 50,000 square feet and is equipped with more than 70 first operation screw machines. In order to continually improve our services, we swiftly replace any older or inefficient equipment with newer machines that offer enhanced capabilities. They include single spindle machines with capacities up to 2-3/8 inches and servocam capabilities such as our Brown & Sharpe single spindle automatic screw machines.

In addition to our single spindle capabilities, we have CNC machines with capacities up to 60 mm, multi-spindle machines with capacities up to 1-3/4 inches, and rotary transfer machines with capacities up to 45 mm. We can also perform a full range of secondary operations such as broaching, assembly, and thread rolling.

Precision machining services

We can offer products in a variety of materials, from stainless steel and aluminum to nylon, lead-free brass, and titanium. Our products are available in a range of finishes including heat treated, nickel plated, tin plated, anodized, black oxide, and more.
