Silicone adhesive selection

One example of our silicone adhesives is Loctite SI 5640. This self-leveling silicone potting solution features a V-O flammability rating and improved adhesion to plastics. This silicone potting compound will maintain its adhesive properties under 85 degrees C/85 per cent aging conditions. It is ideal for potting of outdoor electrical connections in applications including HVAC, signage, and utility.

Another specialized silicone adhesive we supply is Loctite 5607. This two-component adhesive features oil resistance, flexibility, and high strength. It is low odour, non-corrosive, and easy to dispense manually.

One of the light-cure adhesives we offer is Loctite 5056. This silicone adhesive will cure rapidly when exposed to UV light. It features high speed adhesion and high strength. This adhesive also meets ISO 10993 standards for use in medical devices.

When it comes to industrial bonding and sealing applications, we offer silicone adhesives such as Loctite 5040. This industrial grade adhesive offers resistance to weathering, moisture, ozone, and temperatures up to 200 degrees C.
