Shoulder Bolts
Shoulder bolts of many varieties are available from Ken Forging Inc. We typically forge industrial hardware and fasteners including eyebolts, pad eyes, rod ends, turnbuckles, and more. We have one of the industry’s broadest selections and our standard items can be shipped same-day. But we can also provide custom forging services to meet your specialized needs. We have over 130 employees working out of our top of the line facility. Our goal is to always provide top quality products, delivered promptly, and exceed all of our customers’ expectations.
Shoulder bolts
Our shoulder eyebolts are available in a variety of materials including carbon steel in grades from C1018 to C1045, stainless steel 316 and 304, and a range of other alloy steels. The options available for our bolts include various threading such as UNC, UNF, ACME, and metric. We also stock bolt blanks.
Our shoulder eyebolts can be supplied with either standard, long, or short shanks. We have the capability to offer finishes including hot dip galvanized, heat treated, and zinc electroplated. Shoulder bolt manufacturing process
Our products are forged and finished in our 250,000 square foot plant. To guarantee that all of our products meet our high standards for quality, we perform rigorous inspections and testing. That includes magnetic particle testing and 200 per cent proof load tests. We also offer complete traceability and lot control.
