Felt Liners

We offer 7 models of felt liner crafted from pressed or needled felt. Each style of Brand Felt liner is reinforced with a Naugahyde heel to ensure a longer product lifespan.

Boot Liner 624/626 – Skidoo Boot style

• 6 mm thick
• Made with a high-end eco-friendly liner (20% virgin wool, 65% reprocessed wool and 15% polyester)
• This boot liner also works well as a slipper (simply roll down the top!)

Boot Liner 636

• 6 mm thick
• Features insulating layers of felt (50% virgin wool, 30% reprocessed wool and 20% polyester)
• Thinsulate & Cambrelle material on the inside, intricately quilted together

Boot Liner 814/814GWR – Skidoo Boot style

• RadianTex external layer reflects the cold, keeping feet warm
• Polypropylene inner layer wicks moisture away from the foot
• Felt middle layer provides added comfort

Boot Liner 824/826 – Barn Boot style

• 8 mm thick
• Crafted of 20% virgin wool, 65% reprocessed wool and 15% polyester fibers
• Provides natural insulation, keeping feet warm and dry

We can also offer insoles of many types, available with or without adhesive backing.

Shoe felt manufacturing

We produce many varieties of felt using the wet process method: fibers are mixed, carded, felted, fulled and finished. For some custom felts made of either synthetic fibers or a mixture of wool and synthetic fibers, we often use the repetitive needle punctuation method. This creates felts with similar density levels as pressed felt but with different range of weight factors and surface finishes.
