Slotted Shim Kits

Our slotted shims are manufactured from 304 stainless steel. With 12 different kits to choose from, each kit contains 10 (if our mini kits) or 20 (standard in our standard-sized kits) shims of each thickness (.001, .002, .003, .004, .005, .010, .015, .020, .025, .050, .075, .100, .125).

All the shims feature are permanently etched with their thickness and size information for easy selection. They come in a sturdy steel carrying case for easy organization, storage and transportation.

Slotted Shim Replacement Packs

We have 152 different slotted shim replacement packs, containing 10 or 20 pieces per pack.

Our slotted shims are manufactured from 304 stainless steel.

They are available in four sizes: A (2 X 2 in.), B (3 X 3 in.), C (4 X 4 in.) and D (5 x 5 in.) with every size is available in each of the 13 thickness (.001, .002, .003, .004, .005, .010, .015, .020, .025, .050, .075, .100, .125).

Shim Stock Rolls

Conveniently packaged in an easy opening box, you can purchase a roll of shim. The boxes are labelled, making for simple identification and easy transportation and storage.

Shim Stock is available for 0.0005 in. to 0.032 in. thick. Standard widths are 6 in. or 12 in.

The shim stock can be easily stamped, bored, cut, milled, sheared or drilled to suit any application.

Plastic Shim Stock

Colour coded for your convenience, plastic shim is used where corrosion is a problem.

Available as 5 in. X 20 in., 10 in. X 20 in., 20 in. X 20 in. and from .0005 in. to .030 in. thick. Special slit widths are available on request.
