We utilize some of the best equipment available including a range of Swiss style CNC screw machines. This equipment enables us to manufacture parts in a wide range of sizes, materials, and designs. Our model 62 New Britain six spindle automatic screw machines have capacities of 2 ΒΌ", our Tye Miles vertical broach machines have 24" stoke lengths, and our Hyundai 18F CNC lathe has an 8" chuck capacity. We also have CNC lathes capable of machining up to 3" round material and 10" slugs. Our various machines offer multi-axis, live tooling, and multi-spindle features. The materials we typically work with include steel, brass, bronze, copper, and nylon.
