Screw machine parts

We can make custom screw machine parts in a wide range of sizes and materials. Parts we regularly produce include bushings, thread inserts, pins, nuts, studs, fittings, and various fasteners. We can produce parts made of materials including steel, brass, copper, bronze, nylon and more.  We can also apply threading, knurling, and plating to your components. We use several six spindle automatic screw machines with capacities ranging up to 2 1/4”. Our CNC lathes are capable of running 10” slugs or 3” round material.

The fine-tuned equipment we use is essential to the production of precision parts. Our screw machines make it possible for us to produce your custom parts quickly, and handle both large and small quantities with ease. Our screw machines include a Euroturn 6/32 six spindle machine with 1 1/4” capacity, Model 62 New Britain machines with 2 1/4″ capacities, Davenport five spindle screw machines with 7/8 capacities. We also use Swiss CNC lathes, turret lathes, drilling and tapping machines and more. From when we first receive an RFQ, until your parts are delivered, we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction. We provide a variety of finishing services ranging from heat treating and grinding to laser sorting and custom packaging.
