Rubber Belting Material

We supply industrial belts made from a variety of rubber materials including isoran, neoprene, and urethane. Isoran offers antistatic properties, and does not require any special considerations for storage or handling. Neoprene stays flexible in a wide range of temperatures, and is resistant to degradation. Our urethane belts are resistant to flaking and are suitable for clean environments or applications where chemical resistance is required. We offer everything from industrial timing belts to belts for consumer products such as dishwashers. Our customer service is prompt and responsive in order to help your business excel.

Isoran

Our Isoran RPP Gold timing belts are made with neoprene backing that provides superior resistance to oil, ozone, grease, sunlight and heat. The isoran belt body offers up to 500 times the flex fatigue resistance over previous models. They feature wear resistant nylon fabric bonded to tooth surface to enhance the torque capacity and reduce abrasion and tooth sheer. The surface of the fabric is embedded with graphite that offers self-lubrication and increases the efficiency of the belts. They use fiberglass cord as the tension member to increase the belt life and offer maintenance-free operation.

Neoprene

The Tiger product line of synchronous belts was developed by Jason Industrial Inc. as a maximum performance belt for high-torque applications. It utilizes neoprene compounds reinforced with aramids to increase strength and heat resistance. Aramids are strong fibers commonly used in military applications such as body armor. Our Tiger Belts are rated for up to three times the horse power of our standard high-torque belts. They are available in stock widths up to 170 mm.

Urethane

We offer a range of urethane rubber timing belts with steel tension members. They have strong resistance to acids, can be welded to other thermoplastics, and operate in temperatures as low as -30 C.

Rubber belting industries

Our belts are used for a variety of applications. We supply synchronous belts, V-belts, super duty belts, and various power transmission belts. We have experience making products for industries including HVAC, agricultural, food processing, textile, and packaging.
