Rollers
Our standard rollers are made with 16 ga. and 9 ga. steel. They range in diameter from 1-3/8′ to over 2.6′. We often supply rollers with lengths ranging from 10′ to 55′ between the rails. They are available in unplated, galvanized, tapered, and spring loaded varieties.
Specialty conveyor solutions are available to meet your unique requirements. Whether you need conveyor components for drying applications, carrying cold products from freezers, or handling hot parts from ovens, we can provide the ideal solution. Our wire mesh belt conveyors and galvanized tread rollers can handle product temperatures up to 350 F. For gravity conveyor applications that require the transfer of products to a different conveying line, we offer our spur gravity rollers. They are available in diameters from 1.9′ to 2.5′.
