Roll Forming

Johnson Bros. Roll Forming Co. has over sixty years of experience in the roll forming industry. We do not carry stock products, but manufacture a range of custom ordered metal products, including moldings, specialty tubing and railings. This allows us to concentrate our resources and produce the best roll formed products exactly how our customers need them. We also operate on green manufacturing principles, and offer several green energy products, like solar panel frames. Family owned and operated, we’re proud of our past, and are looking forward to growing even more in the future. Whatever your roll forming needs, we are ready to work for you!

Roll Forming Product Line

Whether you need ring and clamp bands for laboratories, Z-bars for framing projects, fence rails, curtain rods or towel bars, look no further than Johnston Bros. Metal Forming Co. We work with a variety of metals––steel, aluminum, copper, brass and titanium, among others––between 0.004” and 0.188” in thickness. We also work with pre-painted, pre-polished and other pre-finished material. This is more economical than finishing metals after products are manufactured, and we are happy to pass these savings along to our customers. We accommodate large and small orders, although please note that we have a minimum order size of 2,000 ft. on straight lengths and 500 pieces on rings, rims and clamps.

Roll Forming Industrial Applications

Our clients work in the agriculture, aerospace, construction, drapery, masonry and railway industries, among many others.

Roll Forming Manufacturing Process

Our dedicated team of employees works in our 37,000 square foot plant to manufacture your custom orders with precision and skill. We are well equipped with over 20 roll forming machines, as well as presses, shear and end welders, coil reels, straighteners, guides, and fixtures. We use pre-punch and cutoff post-punch presses for inline punching and fabricating variations, as well as die accelerators and die boosts.
