Robotics

Lincoln Electric is a world leader in robotics for welding applications. Our selection includes a wide spectrum of robotic welding systems. We have a team of automation experts who work with customers to analyze the application and recommend the best options. We can provide pre-engineered robotic systems or design and build a fully custom solution. Our robotic equipment offers industry-leading performance which contributes to the success of our customers. We are the ideal source as we have more than 100 years of experience providing innovative solutions. We can tailor our robotic systems to meet the unique requirements for many different industries.

Robotics

We can provide universal process robots for arc welding. The FANUC ARC Mate iC series robots are available in a variety of sizes and configurations. These robots offer the industry’s highest throughput, most compact body, widest motion range, quickest motion speed, and capability for all mounting positions. They also feature a through arm weld cable design and integrated wire feeder that is nested in the robot arm. To support many different types of welding torches, these robots have the most compact wrist with the largest hollow opening.

The high speed of these robots provides reduced cycle time, and they are designed for optimal weld quality and repeatability. We can also provide a variety of pre-engineered robotic cells. These systems can incorporate fixed table, turntable, or robotic positioning solutions. For more information, visit our company website.
