Robotic Welding Machines

Lincoln Electric can provide robotic welding machines to meet practically any fabrication need. We have an automation division that integrates automated welding systems and robotic arc welding equipment to create flexible solutions. Our selection of robotic products includes positioners, FANUC robots, software, pre-engineered cells and more. The robotic welding systems we offer can include fixed table, turntable, and positioning types. Robotic welding cells can be delivered ready for immediate installation. To meet customers’ unique application requirements, we can modify our pre-engineered systems or design and build fully customized solutions.

Robotic welding machines

Our Auto-Mate pre-engineered robotic cells are fixed table systems that are perfect for small manufacturers or job shops that plan on expanding. These affordable systems can perform MIG and flux-cored welding using a FANUC ArcMate 0iB robot and a Power Wave R350 power source.

Alternatively, turntable systems help increase throughput efficiency with a staging surface that can rotate or reposition the workpiece. Our turntable systems feature servo-driven positioners that are practically maintenance free.

For even more flexibility, our positioning systems can present parts to the robot using a variety of methods, such as Ferris wheel, headstock/tailstock, and more. These systems can accommodate a range of tool lengths.

In addition, a variety of orbital MIG & TIG welding systems are available. These automated pipe and tube joining solutions can incorporate controllers, power sources, clamp-on weld heads, water coolers, operator pendants, and track rings. These systems offer the precision arc control and monitoring capability that’s required for power generation applications in refineries, power plants, and chemical plants.
