Robotic Welding Fixtures
A variety of robotic welding fixtures is available from Lincoln Electric. From fixed tables to Ferris wheel type robotic cells, our solutions can be completely customized to meet customer requirements. Our robotic positioners offer a number of different methods for work piece rotation or repositioning. These various systems offer an ideal option for any application and help to increase throughput efficiency. Lincoln Electric is the ideal source for robotic systems and all types of welding equipment as we offer a comprehensive selection and more than 100 years of experience.
Robotic welding fixtures
Some of the fixtures available include a range of robotic positioners including headstock, drop center, and Ferris wheel types. For example, headstock types are single horizontal axis rotational positioners. Also available is Z-axis headstock types that provide two degrees of freedom, as they include a height adjustment capability.
Drop center positioners offer two degrees of freedom with horizontal-axis rotation and secondary-axis rotation. These positioners also feature integrated tailstock to provide increased weight capacity.
Ferris wheel systems offer dual headstock and triple axis capabilities. They are well suited to large parts and offer the flexibility of part reorientation. The can enhance production by improving quality, safety, and productivity.
Our robotic cells feature coordinated motion software that synchronizes movement between the robotic welding torch and the work pieces being moved by servo driven positioners. This software is ideal for handling welded assemblies with irregular shapes.
The automation division at Lincoln Electric can create complete welding automation systems. We also have the most competent sales force in the market. We have made a strategic alliance with FANUC Robotics so we can provide customers with unmatched expertise in both welding and robotics.
We have experience tailoring our solutions to meet the needs of customers in many different markets. Just some of the industries we often serve include offshore, structural, pipeline, pipe mill, shipbuilding, heavy fabrication, power generation, automotive and transportation, and maintenance and repair.
