Robotic Welders

Lincoln Electric designs and manufactures high-quality welding equipment such as robotic welders. We take great pride in the knowledge and dedication of our team members, and know that our global distribution reach helps move our products quickly, no matter where a customer is. We are also dedicated to environmentally friendly initiatives: our Cleveland plant is partially powered by a wind tower and recycles 70% of waste. Some of our other facilities use geothermal and solar heating, and we are reducing the amount of compressed air that we use.

Robotic Welders Product Line

Our varied solutions of robotic welders allow our customers to increase output and quality, easily weld repetitive parts and complex sub-assemblies, produce custom parts in small runs, and much more. We can deliver pre-engineered and custom robotic systems, CNC plasma cutting, robotic integration and laser systems. Our advanced systems can be customized for almost any welding process or application, including MIG, TIG and spot welding, and visions-based systems for machine tending, material handling and palletizing. Explore robotic welding to allow your employees––your most valuable asset––to revolutionize your business.

Robotic Welders Industrial Applications

NASCAR and other companies in the automotive industry use our advance process welders and steel and aluminum wires. Shipbuilders like Mission Marine Ltd. use our semiautomatic welding systems, welding process modes and aluminum wire. We work with companies in many other industries, including nuclear energy, pipeline and wind power.

Robotic Welders Engineering Expertise

The Lincoln Electric Welding School has trained over 100,000 welders since 1917. We also offer seminars and workshops focusing on topics such as the principles of connection design, causes and cures of distortion and welding metallurgy. These seminars allow welders in all stages of their careers to fine-tune their skills and keep up-to-date on the latest advances in the industry. Furthermore, we recognize the importance of public awareness about welding. The James F. Lincoln Foundation educates the public about the art and science of arc welding, promotes welding as a career, publishes educational texts and recognizes industry achievements with cash awards.
