Equipment selection

Our selection of robotic positioners includes various types such as ferris wheel, indexing head and tail stock, servo RTU track, and z-axis skyhook. Our ferris wheel positioners feature high weight capacity, versatility, and productivity. They are horizontal-axis rotational positioners that have horizontal-rotating head/tail stocks. The Z-axis skyhook positioners are also horizontal-axis rotational types but feature a cantilevered rotating secondary-axis and height adjustment. This makes them ideal for positioning complex items or for applications that require compound degrees of freedom.

Also available is a variety of automated wire feeders such as the Autodrive range. These wire feeding systems can be integrated with welding robots and will communicate directly with Power Wave robotic power sources from Lincoln Electric.

In addition to a wide selection of components, we can provide complete robotic systems. For example, FANUC ARC Mate iC Series Robots are available. These robots offer unparalleled throughput, the most compact design, and the largest working envelope. They use 3-D laser vision technology and sensing devices for adaptive welding, seam tracking, automatic inspection, and more. We can also build custom robotic cells to provide automated solutions for specialty applications.
