Drop forged rivetless chain

Our selection of drop forged rivetless chain includes a range of options, related products and accessories.  For instance, we can supply a variety of barloop chain, Caterpillar chain, trolleys, drive dogs, and sprockets.

Barloop chain is a solid side bar chain that has standard rivetless chain center links and hardened wear surfaces.  This chain features a flat side bar for welding attachments. Also, the pin is securely locked in the sidebars, which eliminates wear and prevents the chain from coming apart when there is slack.

In addition, we can supply UWL (Ultra Wear Life) drop forged rivetless chains that last up to 50 per cent longer than ordinary rivetless chain. This performance is due to the chain’s special steels and proprietary pin hardening process.

We also offer top-of-the-line Caterpillar drive chains that offer fatigue-free operation.
